Article 1 - Subject of the Agreement:

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations between the parties regarding the purchase and sale of products or services offered for sale by Otimsan Otel İhtiyaç Malzemeleri San. ve Tic. Ltd Şti.

Article 2 - Product or Service Description:

  • Price: Price + VAT + Shipping
  • Delivery Information: Shipped via MNG Cargo within 1-3 business days.

Article 3 - Purchase and Payment Terms:

When the buyer places an order for a product or service, they will pay the stated price using one of the payment methods offered by Otimsan Otel İhtiyaç Malzemeleri San. ve Tic. Ltd Şti. These payment methods include: Credit Card, Debit Card.

Article 4 - Return and Cancellation Policy:

  • Return Policy: Since our products are custom-made, only blank products without printing are accepted for return.
  • Cancellation Terms: In order for the sale to be cancelled and a refund issued, the buyer must document any damage to the product received via courier with photos or videos.
  • Return Method: The product to be returned must be sent to Otimsan Otel İhtiyaç Malzemeleri San. ve Tic. Ltd Şti. The following address should be used for return procedures : Merkez, Sanayi Cd. Turin İş Merkezi No:3 D:11d, 34406 Kâğıthane/İstanbul .

Article 5 - Privacy and Protection of Personal Data:

Article 7 - Resolution of Disputes:

Disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The competent court shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes that may arise between the parties.

Article 8 - Contract Amendments:

This agreement may be amended by Otimsan Otel İhtiyaç Malzemeleri San. ve Tic. Ltd Şti. as deemed necessary. Amendments will be effective from the date of publication on the website.

Article 9 - Entry into force:

This agreement enters into force upon the buyer's confirmation of the order and terminates upon delivery of the purchased goods or services.
